Welcome to the City Clerk’s Office

The City Clerk's Office is responsible for many diverse functions of the City.

Keeper of Records

The City Clerk attends and records all city council meetings. The clerk maintains the City Web-site and maintains the following City documents: boards and commissions meeting minutes, bids, lawsuits and other legal documents.

Elections

The City Clerk can provide information on elections, voter registration, precinct locations, election inspector information and more.

Boards and Commissions

The city clerk receives and processes all boards and commissions applications. The clerk's office also prepares the packets, records and maintains the minutes of the boards and commissions of the city.
