Blight Information

The City of Algonac has regularly scheduled  patrols of every street in town. Blight conditions are recorded for follow-up action usually in the form of a violation letter. Blight drives down everyone's property value and detracts from our community. There is a several step process we work through to make sure residents are aware of the rules and have ample time to comply.
